If you are from Germany it should already be in your suite. If you are not from Germany you'll need to use a proxy, go to 4proxy.de or german-proxy.de or proxy-service.de
Hit the enter button, and log in to stardoll. After the page has fully finished loading, close the proxy server and go to your suite. The TV is in a Starplaza Bag in your suite.
